These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at gptagent.ai and any related services we make available (together, the “Services”), operated by UPSCLD LLP (trading as “gptagent”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC453110, with its registered office at 3rd Floor Suite, 207 Regent Street, London, England, W1B 3HH.

By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

• “You” means the individual or organisation using the Services.
• Words like “including” are illustrative and not limiting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. The Services

The website provides information about gptagent’s AI voice and chat agents for contact centres and lets you request a pilot or contact us. Use of the underlying product is subject to a separate written agreement. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Services at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or for any harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure;
• introduce malware or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data except as permitted by law;
• infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property or other rights;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach.

5. Intellectual property

The Services and their Content (excluding your own material and third-party content) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Services for their intended purpose. All other rights are reserved. “gptagent” and our logos are our trade marks; you may not use them without our prior written consent.

6. Bookings and enquiries

If you book a pilot or contact us, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Booking a discovery call does not create any commitment to purchase, and any commercial terms are set out in a separate agreement.

7. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to or embed third-party services (for example, a scheduling tool). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations not expressly set out in these Terms, including as to accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content is for general information only and is not professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data; and
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services and these Terms is limited to £100.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that are not affected by these Terms.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
